hi! anyother woman with PMDD here and also who loves coffee and caffeine - I highly recommend trying cacao (I love the oaxican spice blend by ora cacao) because it helps sooo much with my PMDD. it has some caffeine but also energizes with theobromine which is acts like an anti represent its high in magnesium yummy and so comforting in my opinion :)

“You” smells like the cedar chips I used to use in my guinea pigs cage! Lol

I think it was very understanding and perfect advice. When you get kra kra you need to pull back and ease your mind and laser focus ( I stole from u) on yourself. Putting your feet in the sand, grass or warm concrete helps too. Looking at blue skys and sunshine!

Similar thing happened to me with perfumes becoming less important, but it was because I was pregnant and now breastfeeding and I’m trying to avoid fragrance for the baby’s sake. I veeeery rarely will wear something light and like 1 spray. I miss my favorite stronger scents.
